How long will it take?

Typically less than 9 months, but can take longer or shorter depending on the complexity of the transaction. We will work to your timeframes.

What’s needed from me?

This will be made 100% clear in step two of our four-step process which you can read here. First and foremost, just 15-20 minutes of your time to have an open, confidential, conversation about your business and your goals. From there you can identify how much (or how little) involvement you want to have with the process and connect me with the relevant people in the business to help move towards creating a successful exit plan.

How do I know I can trust you?

The million pound question. We won’t ask you to trust us, just for the opportunity to prove to you we are trustworthy. We can demonstrate this through previous experiences, our comfort with signing NDA’s, and knowing that everything you share with us outside of the public domain shall remain 100% confidential. Hopefully, as we speak, you will be able to see that we operate with the utmost integrity. What are the costs?

We are not business brokers so we there is no charge or fee to you from us. As we only look at businesses we want to invest in this is our reward.
